Our services and their implementation

The Resort

"Gardalido" is a self-contained complex of owners, some of whom live there permanently, use it as a holiday property and some, like us, rent it out throughout the year. There are enough parking spaces outside the complex, the underground car park is mainly used by the owners. You can only get into the facility with an access key. The facility is not monitored, but many, including us, have protected their property with an alarm system and cameras. The complex has a large communal pool with showers, children's pool and whirlpool. Each residential unit has two loungers that are housed in a common room, picked up there, parked at the pool and brought back to the room in the evening. The pool is subject to general regulations that must be respected by everyone. In the facility, unnecessary noise pollution is to be avoided and simply to look out for each other

What should I bring?

Everything essential is available in the apartment. Bring with you: towels and bed linen consisting of sheets, pillows and duvet covers. 

We do not offer this service because we believe that everyone likes to sleep on their pillows and bedding and use their towels too.  

Arrival pro cedere

On the day of your arrival nobody will receive you. You will receive the key in the key box which is located in front of our apartment. It can be opened using a four-digit code that you will receive from us. The safe contains two entrance keys and one key for the main gate. 

Resort or house rules

There is a facility and pool order. This is very simple:

One should avoid noise pollution and try to be considerate and friendly with the neighbors. Our neighbors are mostly Italians, incredibly helpful and super nice. So if someone comes up to you and asks for something, then you should do it. If there should be a problem that we don't anticipate, just contact us. We will then clarify it for you. Loud music and anything that causes noise should be avoided after 11 p.m. If there are exceptions, e.g. a small celebration, please clarify with the immediate neighbors. 

Pool use is permitted for all owners and guests. Please always shower before using the pool. There are enough showers by the pool. Each unit has two pool loungers. These can be picked up and set up via the numbers in the common room (next to the pool). In the evening, these loungers are to be taken back to the common room. For reasons of hygiene, please always place towels on the loungers. 

Jumping into the pool is not permitted. Please refer to the pool regulations for further rules. 

The Apartment

It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with around 40 square meters of living space. The private garden, which can be reached via the patio door in the bedroom, has a size of around 60 square meters. It has a spacious terrace with a dining lounge, a swing bed, a deck chair and an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, gas cooker and sink). 

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge and freezer, plenty of cupboards and a breakfast bar with four comfortable bar stools. In addition, a Delonghi coffee machine, various other kitchen aids and enough plates, cutlery and glasses. A small electric fireplace in the living room ensures that heat is generated quickly, otherwise the air conditioning takes over both a cooling and heating function in all rooms. 

In the living room there is another sofa bed, a small table and a sideboard, as well as a 55 cm "Frame" television and a "SONOS"-like speaker.

In the entrance area there are two wicker chairs and a small table. This area invites you to linger and relax, especially in the afternoon and evening when the sun appears. 

The bathroom has a spacious shower, a bidet and of course a toilet. 

The bedroom has a double bed, a generously divided bedroom closet and a chest of drawers and a small "frame TV" and also a SONOS speaker. 

Security

For security reasons, our apartment is monitored with cameras and sensors (smoke, fire, water, etc.). Of course, we do not want to monitor our guests, so you can cover the cameras with screens in the apartment. There is a camera in the outer entrance area, in the garden and in the living room and kitchen area. The covers are to be removed again upon departure. Otherwise we will not be able to monitor our unit. There is also an alarm system in the apartment. This system can be activated when leaving and switched off again when entering. 

cleaning and final inspection

In the apartment there is a vacuum cleaner robot, a cordless vacuum cleaner and a large washing machine. Everything is available for your use. 

Since everything is new and we have set it up with a lot of love, it would be important that you use everything carefully and avoid damage. However, should it come to that, it would be important for you to let us know. A deposit was paid with the rental payment. This deposit will then be used should anything be damaged or missing. During the final cleaning, which our manager carries out, a list that you also have is used to check whether certain things (e.g. TV, washing machine, etc.) work and whether furniture etc. are not extremely dirty.  The deposit will be transferred back to your account within a week after checking and if there is no significant complaint. 

Dream complex, quiet, well maintained, the apartment itself is just great. The landlords also take care of everything remotely. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
